Presented by Jordana Davidson LCSW
Jordana is a licensed clinical social worker at the Samuel Field Y and Central Queens Y’s CAPE Clinic. She is a graduate of NYU’s Silver School of Social Work and received a certificate in Aging and Mental Health and Geriatric Care Management from Hunter College’s Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging.
She has been committed throughout the duration of her career to serving the geriatric population in Queens. She connects synagogues with social work services and addresses the concrete needs and mental health of holocaust survivors. She remains committed to learning from and working with older adults to best assist them to maintain independence, community involvement and safety at home regardless of physical limitations, mental illness and/or financial insecurity.
